Position Summary The Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in supporting and driving the efficiency of the sales process, ensuring cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, and account teams. This individual will manage the RFP process, oversee key projects, and assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to enhance business growth and client satisfaction. Role Responsibilities
- RFP Process Management & Support:
- Manage and support the RFP process for incoming net new business valued at $500k or less.
- Build and distribute New Project Investment (NPI) documents.
- Partner with Marketing to gather essential materials, including Q&A documentation, rate cards, bios, and relevant write-ups.
- Work closely with SSE (Strategic Sales Executive), AM (Account Management), or AD (Account Director) to review budgets against designs, monitor progress, and escalate any issues to leadership for resolution.
- Ensure all submissions, documents, and timelines are aligned with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Sales & Marketing Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing-related events, including the coordination of new SSE initiatives requiring event management 2-3 times per year.
- Tradeshow and Sales Reporting & Insights:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to research, gather, and analyze data to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop reports and presentations to inform decision-making and support networking or prospecting efforts for future shows and events.
Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in trade show/event management. At this time, those without the required experience will not be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, RFP management, marketing, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and presentation creation (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite).
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation software).
