In this Assembly Tech role this individual thrives in a fast pace NPI and/or manufacturing environment. He/she is extremely detail oriented and notices even the smallest deviations from the design specifications and will escalate issues to engineering team.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities

* Process electro-mechanical parts through defined assembly steps, while debugging issues

* Recording build information for data collection and traceability requirements

* Provide technical feedback on process and design steps that lead to improved manufacturability

What You Will Need to Succeed:

* 2+ years of electro-mechanical manufacturing experience

* Able to execute well with limited instruction/supervision

* Detail oriented; communicates well with others

* Strong documentation practice

* Flexible and able to adapt to change; patient

* Comfortable performing soldering and manual rework for electrical circuits

* Functions well in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

* Debug / Failure Analysis experience

* Has performed quality control on various parts

* Engineering or technician degree

* Use various computer controlled measurement tools to runs tests and record data

Estimated Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $24.00/Hr. - USD $27.00/Hr. and is a Non-Exempt role. Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
