We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client's team as a Project Manager in Foster City, CA. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, ensuring the seamless execution of projects within defined timelines and objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and manage multi-country projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery. * Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various functional areas. * Facilitate weekly project meetings, provide clear updates, record actions, and maintain detailed risk logs. * Utilize advanced project planning tools, such as MS Project, Excel, and SmartSheets, to develop and track project timelines and deliverables. * Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Collaborate cross-functionally with employees from diverse areas to ensure project success. * Develop a thorough understanding of healthcare systems and their impact on pharmaceutical business and products. * Leverage knowledge of therapeutic areas to guide project-related decisions and strategies. EXPERIENCE 6+ years of project management experience, particularly in complex and multi-country projects. To be a best-fit your strengths must include: * Proven ability to interact and collaborate with diverse teams across functional areas. * High attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proactive problem-solving and risk management capabilities. * Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. * Effective communicator with the ability to host and manage meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items. * Proficient in MS Office tools, including MS Project, Excel, and SmartSheets. * Understanding of healthcare systems and their influence on pharmaceutical businesses (preferred). * Familiarity with therapeutic areas (preferred).
