Job Responsibilities: The role of the Nursing Director of Oncology is to assist with the development and coordination of care delivery for inpatient and outpatient Oncology (medical, office practice & infusion) patients in addition to the inpatient Hematologic Malignancy patient population and Radiation Oncology (Proton/Photon). The Director Oncology also has oversight of the contracted Dialysis and Therapeutic Apheresis services. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing care delivered, planning, organizing, leading, evaluating nursing services, and coordinates patient care and patient education. Works collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to define priorities. In addition, the position is responsible for fiscal management, development of short and long-term goals for the department and service line, management of nursing personnel, and providing nursing leadership in formulating and implementing functional department objectives. Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum $145,000 per year - Maximum $205,000 per year. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
