The Role:
Our site in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking a/an Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our team for the Summer 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration.

In this role, you will be working with the San Luis Obispo site's Large System Value stream.

What You'll Do:
* Task Review: Analyzing tasks performed by the manufacturing team to ensure alignment with project goals.
* Time Tracking: Evaluating tack times (the duration of each task) to identify efficiencies and discrepancies compared to the SAP routings.
* Data Validation: Ensuring that all task times and details are accurately recorded in SAP.
* Collaboration: Working closely with the manufacturing team to gather insights and feedback.

What We Seek:
* 2nd - 4th year Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial engineering students
* 8am-5pm day shift only; no overtime

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
* Hands-on mechanical experience
* General understanding of manufacturing processes

Compensation: $19-$31, hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
