This role plays a vital part in managing administrative project processes including assigning, coordinating, tracking, and closing projects. You will work closely with the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of PDC, PDC Project Portfolio Managers, the Planning and Design division, the Information Technology and Operations division, and Utilities and Engineering Services' (UES) Maintenance Planners. Additionally, you will oversee the selection process and post-project evaluations for architects, engineers, construction managers, and Continuing Service Contractors through the Construction Project Coordinator. In this position, you will also guide the Applications Manager on the Database Service Team for Facilities and Business Operations' (FBO) Project Management Information System (PMIS), responsible for conceptualizing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining data reporting and analytics. You will manage project management processes across the five Project Portfolios, the Planning and Design Division, and UES's Maintenance Planners. As a critical member of the PDC leadership team, you will contribute to the development of processes and strategic direction for PDC. Work will be performed under the supervision of the AVP, PDC. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
