What You Will Do as a Supply Chain Business Analyst:

The Supply Chain Business Analyst will focus on optimizing supply chain operations by analyzing data, improving processes, and ensuring the effective use of supply chain systems. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance system functionality, streamline workflows, and drive efficiencies throughout the supply chain. The analyst will also support the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of supply chain management tools and technologies.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to drive a best-in-class customer experience and cost savings. This includes, but not limited to, the following activities: DC level Operating Levels, DC replenishment, seasonal hemming, SKU rationalization, SLA's.
    • Develop, maintain, and share dashboards and performance reports for tracking KPIs such as inventory levels, lead times, and service.
    • Conduct root cause analyses to address supply chain challenges and present actionable recommendations.
    • Implement system-based alerts and tools to mitigate risks and respond proactively to disruptions.
  • Supply Chain Systems Management:
    • Implement and maintain supply chain systems to optimize process and operations.
    • Act as a system administrator, ensuring proper configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of supply chain software.
    • Train users on supply chain systems and support adoption of new technologies and features.
    • Identify, monitor, and resolve issues related to supply chain workflows, system performance, and functionality.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Serve as the liaison between supply chain, IT, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on system functionality and business goals.
    • Gather business requirements from stakeholders to support system customization and improvements.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on system performance and supply chain initiatives.

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, business analysis, or system management.
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis or o9 is a plus.
  • Proven track record of system implementation and integration projects is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, demand and supply planning, and inventory management.
  • Expertise in supply chain systems administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Technical skills, including SQL, Python, or similar programming languages, are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work/communicate independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop and communicate insights
  • Ability to communicate and present content catered to different levels of organization
