ResponsibilitiesProvide finance business partnership to respective supply chain functions such as sourcing, inventory planning, freight and logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Provide key drivers through monthly management reporting, influence business decisions with insights and recommendations, drive ownership and accountability with KPIs.Advise senior management on the financial impact of various alternatives and recommend preferred course of action to drive strategic business decisions.Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams of accounting, supply chain, operations, and engineering functions to align supply chain objectives and initiatives with the overall business goals and vision.Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and risk mitigation across the supply chain network.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the supply chain operations, such as rates performance, inventory balance and supply, return on investment etc.Own the financial reporting/planning/budgeting/forecasting and analysis processes of respective finance areas.Focus on continuous improvement and process excellence, simplify and automate processes, systems and tools in respective areas.Other Embody ourcultureandvalues | |
