Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Sr. Solution Architect with at least 12+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise architecture, microservices, and cloud solutions, with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and modern web technologies such as React JS and Vue JS. The Senior Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet our business needs.

Roles/Responsibilities:

* Solution designing and ground-up architecture to efficiently address business need

* Hands-on experience in developing scalable high-performance systems

* Develop prototypes of system designs and collaborate with team members in coding and testing.

* Establish architectural standards and guidelines, ensuring compliance throughout the development process.

* Assist in the integration of new technologies or third-party products within existing systems.

* Drive technical POC and securing development practices

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

* Hands-on full-stack development experience in designing high performance scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, MongoDB, Angular 10+ (nice to have) and related technology stack.

* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns and proven architectural experience.

* Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and microservices architecture.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

* Ensure the application of Spring Framework best practices in all development activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Develop technical documentation to support the software development lifecycle. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
