Job Summary: Are you looking for an extraordinary career where you can shape the minds and behaviors of sales people while influencing the sales results of an entire industry? Richmond American Homes is looking for a professional sales trainer to develop talent across an identified region. As a National Sales Trainer, you will partner with National Sales leadership, as well as individual division leadership, to develop talent and drive sales. The primary function will be to create, train, and implement weekly and monthly training sessions that impact the productivity of the sales associates region-wide. Additionally, you will provide one-on-one training with sales associates with a primary goal of improving their sales process, increase their understanding and fluency within company systems and providing valuable feedback to national and divisional leadership teams. Reporting into the Director of National Sales Training, this individual will also research and develop new, relevant content for the sales team. Job Responsibilities:
Prepares new sales representatives for their new home sales career by conducting monthly new hire sales trainings,
