License/Certification Required
Essential Job Functions	Working in Hatchet and Carving Board production area. Delegating to student workers while maintaining adequate prep and stocked items. Great customer service through stellar communication and quality food are paramount at this concept.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position	This position requires the knowledge of culinary principles, practices, and procedures of food service production. Basic math skills and ability to scale recipes. Knowledge of NC Health Department food and safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications	Completion of the High School and two years experience in the cooking of food in quantity lots for Hospitality/Banquet facitlity: or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands of Position	Lifting items in excess of 30 lbs. Stooping and bending to retrieve items from ovens, shelves, etc. Sweeping and mopping area each day. Scrubbing and cleaning of all equipment daily. Standing on your feet for your entire 8 hour shift.
