The Corporate Affairs Department is seeking a dynamic and visionary Corporate Affairs Representative to join our team. This role will focus on supporting innovation, enhancing initiatives, and assist in developing impactful programs that align with the company's mission to support the local community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forming and nurturing partnerships, program management, with a passion for leveraging innovation to make meaningful impact.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support cutting-edge programs that align with the company's goals.
- Support in the design and execution of programs in collaboration with organizations, nonprofits, and industry partners.
- Partner with educational institutions to create opportunities for students, particularly in underserved areas, to gain exposure to careers that are needed in the community and align with company goals.
- Advocate for mentorship programs that support diverse pathways to higher education and employment in areas where we operate.
- Develop, manage, and evaluate community programs that address innovation, quality of life, education, and social equity.
- Strengthen relationships with local organizations, nonprofits, and government entities to expand program reach and impact.
- Organize events, trainings, and campaigns to promote the company's corporate citizenship efforts.
- Act as a liaison between the company and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives and effective communication.
- Represent the company at conferences, forums, and community events to highlight corporate programs and achievements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Affairs, Political Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event programming or community relations.
- Proven track record of supporting programs with measurable impact.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and be successful in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to receive and respond to feedback effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain partnerships.
- Experience in public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences.
