Department: Application Administration Telecommuting Eligible: Yes Job Grade: E17 Job Title Director of IT Infrastructure Operations Job Summary The Director of IT Infrastructure Operations is responsible for directing the strategy and execution of the IT infrastructure unit. The position oversees information technology platforms through staff and utilization of Managed Service/Cloud Providers to ensure the health of all hardware, software, servers, desktop and server operating systems, software systems administration, systems access, and IT Service Management remain up to standards. This role provides technical leadership where needed and develops short- and long-term technical and operating plans, budgets, resource requirements and capital needs for continuous improvement of service levels.
