Evoke Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate extensive experience with enterprise data architecture for analytical platforms, data integration, transactional systems, master data management, and data migration
  • Reconcile historical data with tables in ServiceNow by compiling large data sets, from various locations, into a single source to import into ServiceNow
  • Establish framework for data management, data quality, and governance
  • Use statistical methods to collect, compare, organize, and interpret data; and create reports and artifacts that present clear depictions of the data
  • Utilize expertise in data modeling principles, data visualization, self-service BI/Data Warehouse concepts and analytics tools to create data models to support trend analysis and enable continuous process improvement
  • Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery of results based on scope of work
  • Work as part of an integrated team to define and document requirements and process flows to automate data collection processes and historical data migration
  • Assist with creating user stories, updating, and maintaining multiple projects in Jira
  • Gain a clear understanding of the current manual processes to identify pain points, and make recommendations to modernize processes (i.e., define requirements, conduct AOAs, and market research, and draft solutions and implementation plans, documents, and roadmaps)
  • Assist with developing project roadmap(s) and strategy and vision objectives and documents
  • Support other tasks, as required

Professional Experience and Skills:

  • Extensive experience working with ServiceNow; ServiceNow development experience and skills highly desired
  • Experience with data visualization and self-service BI/data warehousing/advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders, client Program and Product Managers, data engineers, and senior-level leadership is a must
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and be able to quickly absorb complex processes and business needs to identify opportunities for efficiency
  • Must be able to lead design activities, and influence engineering and product directions
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving, leveraging technology to solve business problems
  • Critical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; requires great listening and interpretation skills
  • Self-starter with a consultant mindset; identify, communicate, and act on issues and initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize projects and keep multiple projects/teams on schedule

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Minimum nine (9) years experience in ServiceNow and/or PowerBI (i.e., data analytics)
  • Requires BA/BS in related field (e.g.: Computer Science, IT, etc.)

Security Clearance

  • US Citizen REQUIRED

Work Location

  • Hybrid (Remote/Washington, DC)
