Overview: Responsible for coordination with the Patient Billing Dept, field staff and business operations to assure compliance with all billing regulations. Responsible for processing patient accounts, verification of billing, monitors workflow and identifies operational problems. Maintains data bases, spreadsheets, and computer and paper files related to interfaced software packages. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: Three years experience required.
