Job Summary

* Exceptional writing and research skills (a journalistic, curious mindset)

* Automotive retail and training background

* Modern media creation savvy

* Accomplished PowerPoint presentation design visual storytelling and concepting skills



  • Willingness to upgrade their own media creation skills (Adobe Express, Premiere Pro)
  • Lead client relationship management, building confidence and trust, while ensuring an intensive focus on client initiatives and GP's successful execution of client projects.


* Ensure client satisfaction through proactively driving service excellence and quality within the service line offerings being delivered to the client.

* Responsible for day- to-day service delivery/service excellence/project management across a number of complex projects in simultaneous operation. Serve as day-to-day contact and initial point of escalation for client inquiries pertaining to current projects and workstreams.

* Oversee and manage internal team and projects in planning and execution phases, to ensure quality and timeliness of delivery and that resources are adequate



  • Work closely with and provide support to project managers and internal team members to ensure projects will achieve objectives, meet specified timing and budget, and adhere to client and internal requirements.
  • Collaborate regularly with project managers to mitigate/eliminate risks to work quality and/or timeliness.
  • Interact with client executives and key contacts in target account(s) to build rapport and understand their key business objectives as well as their leadership and talent development needs.
  • Meet and exceed the needs of the client while balancing internal organizational standards.
  • Partner across internal divisions and practices to achieve the highest level of value per account.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications



  • Master's degree in Instruction Design or equivalent. Individuals with commensurate work experience will be considered in the absence of a degree.
  • 10 years' experience managing client/program financials for large, complex projects and accounts.


  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity/experience with Learning & Development projects (instructional design, adult learning, and/or content development in WBT, ILT, VILT formats).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects under aggressive deadlines.
  • Ability to respond to constant change and remain flexible.
  • Conflict resolution, adaptability/flexibility, and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Growth mindset with a positive, enthusiastic, "can do" attitude.
