SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support for senior-level leaders and their team, department, or group. Working under moderate to minimal supervision, this position assumes administrative responsibility for advanced tasks and projects that may be complex in nature and/or involve department, region, or bank-wide impact. Additional responsibilities are varied and are dependent upon the needs of the leader, team, department, and/or group supported.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greets customers and clients to the department in person, over the phone, and via electronic communication.

  • Establishes a quality customer experience through a courteous attitude and professional appearance.

  • Provides clerical and organizational assistance of department correspondence, handling mail, scanning, and other administrative duties.

  • Supports processes and assists in preparation of documents to support business activities.

  • Generates documents, coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations, travel arrangements, and performs other routine administrative work.

  • Organizes and coordinates department functions as requested.

  • Designs, organizes, and maintains central filing system for the department, including records management and retention tracking.

  • Orders and maintains supplies.

  • Arranges for equipment maintenance.

  • Designs, constructs, and edits PowerPoint presentations.

  • Processes invoices for payment.

  • Provides backup Teller and new account duties as needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Extel, and the Internet.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required and

  • 4-6 years of administrative support experience preferred
