Belmont Behavioral Health System currently has an opening for a Full time Manager of Adult Case Management Services, in our Social Services Department.

The Manager of Adult Case Management Services works collaboratively with the Manager of Child/Adolescent Services, both of whom report to the Director of Social Services. The Manager of the Adult Case Management Team is the direct supervisor for inpatient case managers providing services on adult units. They provide supervision, support interdisciplinary collaboration, and work to support departmental and hospital goals. They also oversee the Mental Health Court Coordinator.

Master's Degree in Social Work with three or more years' experience in the mental health field a must; LCSW preferred. Inpatient Mental Health experience preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related human service field required.
  • Licensed health care professional with mental health experience (MSW; LCSW; RN; CNS; ARNP; Registered Mental Health Professional (MHP); Counselor (MA; MFT) required.
  • Three or more years' experience working in a behavioral health setting required.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Licensure or certification for counseling, as may be required by the state in which the facility operates.
  • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
  • First aid may be required based on state or facility.
