United States, Ohio, Columbus
Jan 28, 2025
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Early Career Program (ECP) is a rotational program that introduces
college graduates to METTLER TOLEDO, a leading global manufacturing company.

As an ECP Engineering Specialist, you'll gain experience, tackle
challenges, and expand your professional network and skill set while completing
rotations across our 3 Columbus locations - our production facility, our
distribution center, and our North American headquarters. Since rotations span
several different business areas, you'll be able to explore an array of
functions such as Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Marketing
Analytics, just to name a few. You'll create and implement process improvements
to our warehouse operations, design dashboards that display real-time updates
on the production floor, make automation workflows that accelerate data
gathering and sharing for our sales teams, and more.

As ECP approaches its 35th year, the program boasts a robust alumni
network of leaders throughout the company engaged in coaching and mentoring
current participants to support their long-term growth within the company. Engagement opportunities include:

  • Joining a
    program committee
  • Quarterly
    presentations to leadership
  • Participating
in on and off-site social and networking opportunities
  • Professional
development seminars and community service events
  • Mentoring a
    summer intern

The selected candidate will start in June 2025, and will be required to
relocate to the Columbus, OH area if not already local.

To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the
United States without requiring any employment-based visa sponsorship now or in
the future. This includes CPT, OPT, F-1, J-1, H-1B, or any other
employment-based visa.
