Job Description:

Summary

The Project Manager of ProPetro Energy Solutions (ProPWR) is a critical role in bridging the gap between commercial, engineering, supply chain and operations to ensure expectations are properly managed while achieving goals of project deployments on budget and on time. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, communicating, and overseeing the execution of a project. Collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside the organization to address critical paths and achieve objectives, while closely tracking and communicating progress in a detail-oriented manner.

Responsibilities

  • Assess project needs and collaborate with engineering and commercial team to define project scope requirements.
  • Create and own detailed project plans with timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
  • Identify required equipment, materials and project scope interdependencies to address critical paths and meet or exceed project deployment timelines.
  • Organize and lead project update and alignment meetings sharing project status and any pertinent updates for both internal and external stakeholder awareness.
  • Keep track of action items and/or tasks related to project schedule, following up with responsible parties, holding them accountable for deliverables.
  • Support engineering and commercial management on project management tasks for internal development initiatives critical to business strategy.
  • Own development of KPI dashboard providing high level status of projects being on track, which feed into financial model associated with achieving budget targets.
  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in technical or engineering field
  • At least 5 years' experience in project management within a highly technical field such as, electrical, heavy equipment, technology - service organization project management experience is preferred.
  • Expert level in industry project management tools, productivity software and software solutions such as - MS Project, Monday, etc.
  • Experience with power generation and electrical industry is preferred.
  • Possess extreme sense of ownership with achieving project goals.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization and decision-making skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Responsive, action oriented.
