Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner - Global Location: Plano, TX (On-site) Travel Requirements: 10-15% Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our awesome team in Plano, TX. The position is responsible for partnering with all Hiring Managers US-based and across the world to providing value-added and client satisfaction service within the organization. This pivotal role requires strategic TA partner to define, develop, plan and implement recruiting strategies and provide a qualified candidate pool. The TA Partner plays a crucial role in partnering with the leadership to drive TA initiatives to find and hire the best talent across our different countries where we work. This person will focus on filling immediate vacancies as well as take a more holistic and long-term approach to recruitment to sustain our uniquely amazing culture. LeadsOnline is headquartered in Plano, Texas, and Montreal, Quebec, Canada.Key Responsibilities: Strategic TA Planning:
- Act as a strategic partner with business leaders and HR Business partners to understand the company's long-term goals and develop talent acquisition strategies that align with these objectives.
- Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly recruitment goals as set by management team, essential for building a strong, capable workforce that supports the company's growth and success.
- Provide insights from the market.
Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Use various methods to attract talented candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks and build talent pools for future needs.
- Develops candidate interest for available positions.
- Upon approval of a new requisition, work with hiring manager to obtain role briefing and agree to strategies and timelines.
- Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring and improve and to always ensure best practices.
- Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process is a priority. This includes clear communication and a smooth and defined onboarding process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, providing guidance on TA policies, procedures, processes and, realistic expectations regarding the hiring process to ensure best candidate experience practices.
Employer Branding:
- Will collaborate with marketing and HR to promote the company as an attractive place to work, grow its reputation in the job market.
- Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parameters.
- Develop a network of referrals.
- Use networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates.
Data-Driven Decisions:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and make informed hiring decisions.
- Use detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool
- Be accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately updated at all times System (and other program tools)
Travel:
- Willingness to travel 10-15% to various company locations, meetings, and events as needed.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or associate degree with 7 years of experience progressive TA experience.
- Proven experience working in both early-stage and mid-to-later stage companies, high-tech industry, an asset.
Skills:
- Experience recruiting engineers, information technology, production and manufacturing roles within High Tech industry, an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
- Excellence interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, to adapt to change quickly and to influence and partner with line managers and senior leadership. Customer service mindset.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Dayforce.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Work Environment: This position is based out of our company office in Plano, TX. The role requires on-site presence to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership. The role may also be expected to travel on occasion to company sites in Largo, FL, Denver, CO and Montreal, QC.
