If you're passionate about crafting unforgettable event experiences, the Exhibit and Sponsorship Manager role offers a unique opportunity. In this position, you'll administer PMI's global exhibits and sponsorship programs across both in-person and virtual event(s).

What you'll bring to the role:




  • Develop and standardize processes and templates to streamline exhibit and sponsorship operations for PMI Global Exhibits and Sponsorships. (ie prospectus, communications, toolkits etc)
  • In collaboration with event sales team, develop pricing strategy based on regional and market trends for sponsorship and exhibits
  • Discover and create new inventory to enhance sales opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and exhibitors, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Administer and track exhibit and sponsor inventory, financial performance, and progress dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design the prospectus and exhibit hall experience.


  • Manage vendors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions.


  • Serve as the on-site or virtual contact for executing the Exhibit Hall experience during events.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours and weekends and with teams across the globe
  • Above job duties posted are not all inclusive and may shift due to team assignments and workload.



Role Qualifications:




  • 5+ years of experience managing global exhibits and sponsorship programs.
  • Strong knowledge of exhibit and sponsorship logistics, including regional considerations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.
  • Industry certifications (CEM or CMP) are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in exhibit management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with digital exhibit and sponsorship platforms.
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Experience in design tools like Photoshop, Canva and Coreldraw is an added advantage (but not required)
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and travel up to 35% domestically and internationally.
