Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking an Admissions Counselor to work directly with the Dean and Director of Admissions in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and facilitating the processes to accomplish admission and matriculation of applicants to the USU MD program. Performs a wide range of administrative and admissions duties. Serves as admissions counselor for 500 to 800 medical school applicants. This includes tracking students from their initial school application to matriculation. This process requires event planning, and post interview visits, The use of the "WebAdmit" on-line application system, Microsoft Office and other software packages is required. Preparing correspondence to applicants to provide on-going direction and interim and final decision for acceptance or rejection. This position will be in support of USU-PESMOA, SOM-ADM. The Henry M.
