Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating with various departments, and providing administrative support to the team. The Office Manager will also handle scheduling, correspondence, and other tasks to support the overall functioning of the office.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.
* Act as the main point of contact for the facility.
* Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
* Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
* Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documents.
* Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
* Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Interact with building management to ensure clear communication.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role may have supervisory responsibilities.

Interaction:
This role will interact with all levels of the organization.


Qualifications

Education and Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in office management or a similar role required (pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred)Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
* Bachelor's degree preferred

* Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail

* Proven ability to build strong relationships with co-workers and work collaboratively with cross functional teams in a remote setting
* Proven ability to work well independently with minimum supervision

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this role in San Francisco, California is $94,000 per year to $129,000 per year. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
