The Department of Human Performance, Division of Communication Sciences and Disorders at West Virginia University (WVU - Morgantown, WV) is seeking a full-time, non-tenure track (12-month) Assistant or Associate Professor of Audiology to contribute to a well-established program with a tradition of excellence in teaching, scholarship and service at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank. The successful candidate will contribute to the mission of WVU and the program in Communication Sciences and Disorders housed within the School of Medicine. The successful candidate will provide high-quality teaching within the undergraduate Communication Sciences and Disorders and Doctor of Audiology programs, and provide clinical services in the WVU Speech, Language, Hearing Clinic. Individuals with clinical experience and/or expertise in pediatric audiology, cochlear implants, and aural rehabilitation are encouraged to apply but all areas within the field of Audiology will be considered. This individual will contribute to a department culture of collegiality, collaboration, and trust, will promote innovation and resourcefulness, and will seek to promote partnerships within the department, community, and other related programs.
