Job Overview

We are currently hiring 2nd shift Assemblers.

Schedule:

10-hour shifts (4 pm to 2:30 am)

Night shift

Monday through Thursday

You must be able to work mandatory overtime when needed on Fridays and or Saturdays.

Compensation:

The starting pay rate for this position is 17.50 (2nd shift Premium is 10% of the base pay)

Benefits include (medical, dental, vision 401k, 4% profit sharing, and vacation)

All applicants are required to pass a background-drug screening.

A Day In The Life

Major Job Responsibilities:

Read, interpret, and follow primary blueprints and Diagrams; accurately assemble equipment and products

Utilize handheld tools such as screwdrivers and drills

Maintain inventory of products in workstations

Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards

Identify product defects and report to the team leader/supervisor

Rework and repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications and customer changes

What will help you thrive in this role?

Regularly lift 30 Pounds.

Perform repetitive task

Regular possess manual Dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately.

May work on special assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor

Understanding and experience dealing with MSDS and handling of hazardous material

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve simple quality product issues

Ability to stand for an extended period of time

Working alone or closely with other regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function.
