What We Do
Responsible for the general administration of trust accounts, investment management, or retirement accounts for high-net-worth individuals, families, or institutions. Accountable for retaining and growing their client base through client referral, sales support, and/or increasing share of client wallet. Job summary: Responsible for the general administration of personal trust accounts and relationship management for investment management accounts and/or individual retirement accounts.
HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
WHAT YOU'LL BRING Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience including experience with client relations, legal documents, and/or financial planning
- CFP, CTFA or paralegal certificate preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
- Experience preferred: banking, financial industry, or related field; financial planning investments, and/or estate planning.
- Requires working knowledge in several of the following fields: financial planning tools and techniques; fiduciary duties and responsibilities; investment products and services; and an understanding of investment markets and portfolio management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong self-sufficiency. Able to work independently, and in team settings.
- Strong client advisory and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with mass affluent or high net worth clients.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Meet deadlines and easily adapt to ever-altering priorities.
The pay range for this role is $75,400.00 - $100,00.00 This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. COMPLEXITIES & IMPACT
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Follows department processes and procedures and makes recommendations to these processes.
- Typically, responsible for up to $1mm in client recurring revenue and/or up to 50 client relationships
SUPERVISION RECEIVED OR EXTENDED
- No responsibility for the supervision of others
- Works independently setting own priorities and objectives with supervisory consultation.
- Regularly makes recommendations to and influences department policies and procedures.
- Actively contributes to the results of a team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives.
- Uses expertise of more experienced team members and leverages additional resources to confirm solution or explore customized applications as a solution.
