Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role

Responsible for the development of training products for vehicle platforms based on engineering source data and technical drawings. Assess and evaluate course development for technical accuracy and conformity to contractual standards and requirements. Deliver training to Soldiers, Government Test Personnel, Instructors, and key personnel as required for vehicles including new equipment and prototypes. Develop and deliver training materials to TRADOC formatted standard for the Training Development Capabilities (TDC) database and for use in the Military School environment.
  • Be the face of GDLS to internal/external customers
  • Support company initiatives such as Request for Proposals (RFPs),


Qualifications Sought
  • 5 -7 years of experience in Defense industry or related Military service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable leading meetings and project teams
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Working knowledge of Army vehicle platforms
  • Military experience in Logistics a plus
  • Experience writing or validating Technical Manuals a plus
