The salary range for this role is between $116,000 to $133,000 depending on experience and qualifications of the candidate. All applicants must have valid work authorization.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Business Analyst to support our ITSM initiatives by defining and refining process requirements, as well as assisting with the scope definition for various projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical requirements to facilitate the successful implementation of structured, scalable solutions. This role is crucial in establishing a process-oriented environment to minimize burnout among team members, avoid dependency on single individuals, and ensure long-term sustainability and efficiency in our IT Service Management (ITSM) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze current processes, identify gaps, and define new requirements to align with business objectives.

* Scope Definition: Assist project leads in refining the scope of projects, ensuring clarity and focus, while accommodating budget constraints and time-sensitive objectives.

* Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between IT and business units, fostering relationships to ensure requirements are understood and expectations are managed.

* Documentation: Develop comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts, requirements specifications, and operational guidelines.

* Change Management: Support change initiatives by ensuring that process updates are communicated effectively across the organization and that necessary training is provided.

* Continuous Improvement: Employ methodologies such as Kanban and Kaizen to drive incremental improvements in project management processes and ITSM initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

* Experience: 3+ years in a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on process improvement and requirements documentation.

* Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of ITSM principles. Experience with tools for process mapping and documentation (e.g., Visio, JIRA, Confluence).

* Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong professional relationships and advocating for process improvement.

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of ITIL or other ITSM frameworks.

* Experience in a consulting environment with exposure to large-scale projects.

* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
