About This Role: As the Associate Project Manager, this position will project manage the evaluation process, working closely with Forrester analysts to execute and educate them on the evaluation methodology and create informative, hard-hitting evaluations based on their area of expertise. This position will act as the primary point of contact for the high-level executives working for the vendors that participate in the evaluations. The successful candidate will also interact with other Forrester teams - such as editing, sales, product, marketing, and production - to create and share a consistent and highly valued research product. The Associate Project Manager is not expected to have expertise in content areas but is expected to have expertise in the Forrester Wave methodology and work cross-functionally across multiple research teams to conduct the evaluations. In Forrester's vendor evaluations, we follow a transparent methodology to compare the players in the software and services marketplaces. Our clients use these evaluations to understand technology markets and inform technology purchasing decisions. Our methodology is a multiweek process that involves defining the evaluation scope, selecting vendors for inclusion, working with vendors to gather information, conducting primary research with customers, scoring vendors, and fact-checking results.
