We're seeking a future team member for the role of Cyber Technology Operations Center (CTOC) Major Incident Management Lead to join our Technology Services Group (TSG) via our Technology Services Group Production Services team. This role is located in our New York City office via 4 days in office per week. The CTOC Major Incident Management Lead for North America will be responsible for overseeing a team of Major Incident Manager and working with key stakeholders to ensure stability and restoration of services during major incidents and significant events. You will be providing command and control of the New York Cyber Technology Operations Center ensuring seamless client visits and administration of the room.
