Job Overview

The Assembler is responsible for assembling or fabricating mechanical parts, pieces, or products using various tools and equipment according to required specifications. This role involves performing repetitive tasks at workstations or on assembly lines to mass-produce high-quality enclosures.

A Day In The Life

  • Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, manufacturing drawings, and other technical documents to accurately assemble products.
  • Use handheld tools such as screwdrivers and drill guns to assemble components.
  • Maintain inventory levels at the workstation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet stringent quality standards.
  • Identify any product defects and report these to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
  • Rework or repair assembled products as per engineering specifications or customer requests.
  • Adhere to all quality standards and safety procedures during assembly processes.
  • Complete daily tasks as assigned by the functional area and Supervisor.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring the production of quality parts to meet customer demands.
  • Uphold safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards consistently.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records as required by the functional area.
  • Report any safety issues, hazards, accidents, or incidents to management immediately.
  • Undertake additional job-related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.


Additional Responsibilities:



  • Regularly lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Frequently engage in repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity.
  • Participate in special projects or assignments as needed.
  • Handle hazardous materials safely, with a thorough understanding of MSDS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic quality issues with products.
  • Stand for extended periods and manage tasks that involve bending and stooping.
  • Work independently or collaboratively as required.
  • Ensure regular and predictable attendance as a crucial function of the role.
