Software Engineer 2 - Qualtrics We are seeking a skilled and experienced software engineer with particular specialization in Qualtrics. Candidates with data engineering experience will receive additional consideration. On our team you will play a key role in a high priority high visibility Qualtrics transformation for the enterprise. Responsibilities include stakeholder management vendor management advanced survey builds custom dashboards and reporting automation workflows change management quality assurance. Additionally for candidates with data engineering skills we will look to you to partner with Data Engineering teams to architect data pipelines into and out of Qualtrics. The ideal candidate will be a Qualtrics subject matter expert whos comfortable innovating creative solutions alongside a team of other Qualtrics experts and is prepared to hit the ground running on day one. Some key Responsibilities: - Provide Qualtrics consultation on survey design and execution including survey flow question design and data analysis. - Work with stakeholders to identify technology needs and develop survey projects that meet those needs. - Serve as Qualtrics subject matter expert conducting demos for Nike teams across the enterprise. - Nice to have Construct data pipelines in tools like Databricks and snowflake. Using Python and SQL. - Develop Qualtrics trainings for non-experienced users of Qualtrics - Conduct project management activities such as scoping scheduling time management and risk management to ensure successful completion of the Qualtrics transformation. Some Qualifications: - Strong experience with Qualtrics for survey design and delivery including survey flow question design and data analysis. - Strong project management skills including scoping scheduling time management and risk management. - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations. - Experience with APIs SQL Python data engineering best practices is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you are passionate about data-driven decision making creative solutions that solve big problems and transforming the way that Nike sees and understands our consumer and employee data we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *On-site role at WHQ *Typical work schedule, WFH on Fridays *Degree not a dealbreaker, but if candidate possesses one, something in computer science, data, analytics, etc. would be preferred *2-4 years' experience in Qualtrics preferred; should also have experience in software/data engineering *HM does not want to review candidates who do not have Qualtrics experience *Also, familiarity with data engineering will be required (Python/SQL/Databricks/Snowflake) *Other skills needed for this role include the following: Stakeholder management Good presentation skills Great communication (verbal and written) Time management Excellent customer service *A perfect candidate would have consumer/customer experience, and/or someone who's done a migration to Qualtrics before, who also has some data engineering expertise *Main focus of the role will start immediately, so we need someone who's ready to hit the ground running. Will be developing data pipelines from Databricks to Qualtrics and facilitating meetings with stakeholders. *Immediate team will consist of about 5 people, but ETW will work as a part of a larger team with lots of stakeholders, as well as an outside agency that was hired on to help with the migration *HM would also like to see candidates who are passionate about the brand *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
