Description The Construction Coordinator is of course not in IT at all and the job description from the SOWs is quite different: Scope of Project - The construction coordinator is responsive for job creation workflow and milestone management of construction projects as well as administrative quality control of jobs o Manage Track Milestones Create jobs in JT/Polaris Issue Jobs to design Manage job through full lifecycle updating milestones in JT/Polaris Handle exceptions to the life cycle SLAs Reconcile jobs office o Liaise with Stakeholders Point of contact for all internal comcast cross functional groups including BOC CPM FPM and sales Provide reporting for next level management o Identify Resources Create and approve funding request Material management and reconciliation Research contracts and agreements Manage funding request/purchase order Responsible for job estimatefinance o Manage and Analyze Quality control Flow Manage quality control workflow Validate that the field quality control is performed Pull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reports Interact with other roles including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closed o Conduct admin and Milestone Quality Control Follow admin QC checklist materials invoice pictures footages Validate permit is closed Final invoice milestone is set Ensure all milestones are updated Close jobs Skills telecommunication, osp, construction, project management Top Skills Details telecommunication,osp,construction,project management Additional Skills & Qualifications Will be 80% in the field Supplier Note: Coax/ Fiber experience a must Construction experience a must Computer experience a must to use P2 daily, emails, teams chat etc. Cable Maintenance Technician experience a plus will be doing audits in the field 80% of the time - Some jobs will include Rural Broadband - could be 3-4 hours away - in this case would be put up in a hotel a night or so mostly remote and only in office sometimes. Must be willing to travel some. Most of the work will be in the area for the posting. 1 day a week has calls with the BPs day to day - get scheduled a route (could be one or multiple locations); no day will be the same; completing audits and filling out paperwork; verify any audit rework is completed; there is computer work every day this role is pretty much an individual role; team is spread all around Interview process - 1-2 round via Teams long term need; likely ongoing need Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
