*TEKsystems is hiring for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Orlando, FL. This position is perfect for new graduates looking to gain experience at a well established Financial Services and Investing company. *
Essential Job Functions: * Requesting missing customer details, answering basic account questions, opening new accounts, updating existing account records, customer correspondence and reviewing documents for translation. * Must be articulate, have a pleasant telephone manner and excellent verbal and written skills. * Flexibility is a key aspect of this role and must be equally comfortable with direct client interaction as well as having the ability to network, research and resolve client operational issues. * General PC skills required including experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
