Our Client is looking for a technology Trainer to join their education technology team. This position will provide basic training to students and staff around software utilized. Design and deliver training sessions on software applications, learning management systems, and other technology tools. Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, both in-person and virtually. Assess the training needs of faculty, staff, and students and tailor programs accordingly. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for technology-related issues. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and tools relevant to the university environment. Collaborate with IT staff to ensure training programs align with university technology initiatives.
