Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Cincinnati. This role will work closely with various business lines and IT teams to manage projects, analyze systems, test applications, train users, and support technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing new software solutions, enhancing current ERP systems, and supporting other strategic technology advancements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage development projects, system integrations, and new software implementations.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors throughout project lifecycles.
  • Conduct business process analysis, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements for application enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for software development teams.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage external vendor relationships and oversee software selection, implementation, and integrations.
  • Facilitate user training, testing, and post-implementation support for new and existing systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess organizational strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Manage change requests and oversee system enhancements to align with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with software implementations and system integrations.
  • Strong background working directly with external vendors for technology solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma and/or other project methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ERP system implementations.
  • Background in manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
