We are currently seeking a Infor LN Senior Admin - ONSITE to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Oversee the configuration, installation, and maintenance of the Infor LN ERP system. Ensure that the system is running efficiently and securely at all times.
  • Performance Tuning and Optimization: Monitor and analyze system performance, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize system configurations for better performance and resource utilization.
  • System Security: Ensure that proper security measures are in place, including user role management, access control, and data protection. Perform regular security audits and implement best practices for system security.
  • Software Updates and Patches: Manage the planning and execution of Infor LN software updates, patches, and service packs to keep the system up-to-date and functioning with the latest features and security patches.
  • Backup and Recovery: Implement, test, and manage data backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • System Integration: Oversee integration of Infor LN with other systems (e.g., third-party applications, databases, and custom solutions) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure resolution in a timely manner. Document resolutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and IT teams to implement and maintain the ERP system in alignment with business needs.
  • System Monitoring: Proactively monitor system health, logs, and performance to ensure optimal uptime and availability. Generate system reports and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for internal reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of new configurations, patches, and upgrades to ensure no disruptions to the business.
  • Change Management: Participate in change management activities, ensuring that system modifications are carefully planned, tested, and documented to prevent business disruptions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Infor LN administration, including hands-on experience with system installations, configurations, and maintenance.
  • 5 + Years experience with these Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in administering Infor LN (including Infor LN 10.7 or later versions).
    • Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and their integration with Infor LN.
    • Proficiency with server management, backup/recovery tools, and system monitoring tools.
    • Familiarity with Linux/Unix or Windows Server environments for Infor LN deployment.
    • Experience with performance tuning and resource optimization for large-scale ERP systems.
    • Knowledge of integration tools and methods (e.g., APIs, middleware).
    • Strong understanding of security best practices related to ERP systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite or cloud-based deployments.
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations with other enterprise systems (CRM, SCM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash)
  • Certifications: Infor LN or relevant certifications in system administration and ERP management are a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex system issues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, functional consultants, and business users.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $90,146 - $208,762. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
