Position Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint/PowerApps Developer to join our dynamic, fast-paced team you will assist in planning business applications that align with organizational goals, conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. You will design and develop business process models, data architectures, and Power BI reports to drive data-driven decision-making. In back-end development, you will manage SharePoint Online sites, implement Power Automate workflows, and build scalable back-end services using C# or Python in Azure or AWS environments, integrating SQL Server or MySQL databases. Additionally, you will create and integrate APIs and custom connectors to enhance data exchange, ensuring secure data management. On the front end, you will develop responsive PowerApps applications and custom web parts, integrating Power BI dashboards for real-time insights and collaborating with UI/UX designers for a seamless user experience. Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $110,800 to $150,250 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The target salary is $130,600. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
