The incumbent for this important will provide exemplary leadership to each of the teams under their purview. They will celebrate the many successes of our UVA Health teams and also support patients, team members, and visitors in challenging situations. Specifically, the incumbent can expect to:
oversee key services that provide a positive Welcoming Experience for patients, visitors, and team members as they enter and leave UVA Health facilities. lead the front door, screening, and information desk teams, ensuring high levels of customer service are provided in an integrated and consistent way. lead and develop the maintenance, enforcement, and management process and strategies of all parking facilities and commuter transportation services for UVA Health patients, visitors, and team members. work collaboratively with University Parking & Transportation to implement the strategies of UVA Health. manage the day to day relationship with the valet contractor for the provision of positive patient valet services. identify, facilitate, and coordinate needs for language assistance programming throughout the organization.
