This role is central to improving internal & external communications, reducing content chaos, and enhancing user engagement. As the main driver in these areas, you will enable better marketing campaigns and platform adoption while ensuring that content is trustworthy and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit content by working with various teams to develop, organize, and refine documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Manage documentation by gathering relevant information from subject matter experts to accurately capture processes, products, and services.
  • Oversee content organization within a content management system or enablement platform, ensuring materials are structured, up to date, and easily accessible.
  • Maintain governance by implementing best practices for content organization, version control, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Coordinate scheduling and communications by maintaining an internal calendar, sending notifications, tracking key updates, and collaborating with various departments to support new hire onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Track user engagement within content platforms and develop strategies to improve adoption and accessibility.
  • Review and update content regularly to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support training and teams by providing well-organized resources, process documentation, and structured knowledge management.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, visual design, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in technical writing tools and knowledge repository methodologies.
  • Demonstrable fluency with web design or equivalent design tool.

Preferred:

  • Experience with cloud or enterprise software products.
  • Experience working with development teams and creating design solutions for large organizations.

Additional Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex topics.
  • Strong collaborative skills and comfort in a loosely structured organization.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $25.04 - $37.95
