Industrial Engineer

Key Role:

Designs and implements new technologies, systems, and processes to improve plant production and efficiency. Manages the technical aspects of new product builds in support of Production, Quality, and Design Engineering. Applies specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance. May review or guide activities of more junior employees and technicians.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering in an assembly or fabrication environment

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts in a production environment

• Ability to understand engineering drawings

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams

• Ability to create manufacturing processes and procedures from technical data or engineering drawings and models

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
