We invite you to view the opportunity below:Open to Green Bay and Milwaukee The HR Risk Manager Principal is responsible for identifying, assessing and mitigating risks associated with HR practices, policies, and programs, including incentive compensation. This role ensures HR Talent Management programs comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements while managing and reducing exposure to potential liabilities. The HR Risk Manager collaborates with various stakeholders to develop risk management strategies and promotes a culture of accountability and compliance within the HR organization.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Business Administration, HR, Finance, Risk Management required.
