General Responsibilities |
General Responsibilities:
The Office Associate greets and assists students, faculty, staff, and guests in the Academic Support, Mental Health, and Disability Support Services departments. Schedules appointments, answers the phone, and provides information on department services and resources. The associate also assists with office projects as needed.

Work Performed:
* Provide excellent customer service to a diverse population, including students with disabilities.
* Schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system.
* Answer phone and retrieve voicemail messages, direct phone calls to appropriate individuals, respond to inquiries, and provide information on department services, resources, and programs.
* Sort incoming mail.
* Assist with office projects.
* Assist with copying and faxing confidential information.
* Monitor the computer lab center and student lounge.
* Assist with events and other duties as assigned. |
