Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic internal Testing Team in New York City. In this role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing systems and processes to meet evolving business needs. You'll partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive improvements, perform comprehensive testing, and ensure successful system delivery and adoption.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll work across different business areas, understanding their processes and systems. You'll create test scenarios, identify defects, support remediation efforts, and develop training materials for system changes. What You'll do:

• Gain a strong understanding of current business functions, processes, and systems.
• Align with business goals to support system and process changes.
• Collaborate with internal business and technology teams to ensure alignment on initiatives.
• Use your cross-functional expertise to identify system defects and recommend improvements.
• Manage end-to-end testing, including test architecture, design, execution, and delivery support.
• Document issues, bugs, and errors found during testing cycles.
• Develop training materials and job aids to support system enhancements.
• Partner with key stakeholders to create pre-launch communication plans for system changes.
• Assist with post-launch evaluations to assess knowledge, skills, and adoption of enhancements.
• Support Helpdesk tickets that require testing or training assistance.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
