We are seeking a highly qualified In-House Research & STEM SETA (Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance). This role requires expertise in program development, research management, and technical analysis, as well as a passion for mentoring the next generation of scientists and engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physics, chemistry, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, along with proven experience in leadership and STEM outreach. Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability to read technical material and synthesize important information and/or briefly summarize the material Demonstrated experience in program development and management in science and technology Demonstrated experience in STEM education program Demonstrated experience managing and leading. Education: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from an accredited college or university plus seven (7) years of relevant work experience; or Master's Degree from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of relevant work experience in at least one of the following research disciplines: Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Mathematics or related science Desired additional qualifications Demonstrated experience as a science fair or competition judge; and Demonstrated experience as a STEM mentor to high school and university students.
