Our Company The Opportunity Adobe is looking for a high-energy, driven, and self-motivated individual to join Adobe's sales development team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting our sales teams in the Americas Digital Mediaor Digital Experience organization. As a BDR, you are the first line of contact with prospects and must excel in establishing meaningful conversations with a variety of IT and C-level decision makers in commerical or public sector. You will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities. Through account-based sales development, you will identify and build sales pipeline that leads to revenue growth. What you need to succeed
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
