Job Overview
As the Order Review Supervisor, you will supervise department activity for the Order Review team including coaching, mentoring, facilitating problem solving, conducting performance reviews, developing, and maintaining department measurements, monitoring, and managing department labor, time and attendance. This position is based in Warroad, MN. If you relocate to Warroad, you may also be eligible for a relocation benefit package to help with your move.
Highlights of your role
Coaching, mentoring, facilitating problem solving, conducting performance reviews, developing, and maintaining department measurements, monitoring, and managing department labor, time and attendance
- Evaluate incoming customer orders and administer workload to the appropriate support personnel based on staff's skill level and ability to meet established department goals
- Support departmental goal initiatives to achieve critical measures; administer and monitor department workload with performance goals in mind.
- Partner with production and other customer service teams with managing workflow to ensure accuracy and timeliness for our customers.
- Foster and maintain a desirable work environment conducive to a motivated, cohesive, and productive team.
- Lead and participate in teams that will lead to the enhancement of process and eliminate process waste.
- Identify opportunities to enhance our customer and employee experience.

- High school diploma or equivalent vocational/technical training (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience with coaching and mentoring a team

- This position is based in Warroad, MN and requires onsite work
