You will have the opportunity to take your Supply Chain and Planning leadership expertise to a new level, optimizing New Product Designs for manufacturability and supply chain design with Keysight's New Product Development and Manufacturing teams. Responsibilities Here is what you will be measured on as an NPI Planner: Provide project management leadership focused on material sourcing and readiness for New Product Developments that balance identifying optimal supply chain solutions during prototype build phases while meeting production manufacturing cost targets. Engagement with procurement, materials engineering, quality, global manufacturing, and R&D teams to lead or facilitate obtaining project deliverables related to supplier sourcing, part or subassembly quotations, prototype schedules, material deliveries, artwork readiness for transition to production manufacturing, and ramping product volume to support production requirements. Collaborate with Commodity Management teams in the development of procurement strategies for Commodities or Categories that support new product development. Partner with global teams throughout Keysight to manage material delivery schedules and production or project schedule requirements. Active participant in the cross function Product Management team to optimize innovation and time to market. Leads, or contributes to, the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy including planning, material information and financial flows, manufacturing, and logistics. Participates in the design, development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain designs, strategies, models, processes, business intelligence, and tools to support business growth. Works in conjunction with Technical Order Fulfillment, IT and R&D partners to ensure supply chain design that addresses new product business requirements. Qualifications A customer-first mindset Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, industrial engineering or engineering technology Typically 3-6 years relevant experience for entry to this level Knowledge and experience in manufacturing or Supply Chain design Working knowledge of MRP/ERP methodology Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries Excellent analytical skills and strong ability to retain and relay large amounts of information Demonstrated ability to multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ability to be self-directed and comfortable with various levels of ambiguity in a project development setting Self-motivated individual who values on-going training and development in a work environment while also coaching and sharing process knowledge with peers Careers Privacy Statement The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below. Santa Rosa, California pay range: MIN $90,000.00, MIDPOINT $121,050.00 - MAX $151,320.00 Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region This role is eligible for our Keysight Results Bonus Program US Employees may be eligible for the following benefits:
