Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Market Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for developing and executing successful market development plans and marketing campaigns that drive revenue and profit growth. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, data analysis, and customer engagement. The Market Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company's market level strategy, brand image and driving customer acquisition and retention to achieve the company's revenue and profit goals. Job Description Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Responsibilities & Duties * Determine budgets and targets * Develop pricing strategies for products and services. * Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. * Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. * Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. * Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
